The Galliard is a Turkish brand named after the “Galliard” dance that was popular in France, Spain and Italy during the Renaissance. Our brand carries interactions from the food and beverage cultures of these three Mediterranean countries.

The basis of The GALLIARD’s menu is Modernized Turkish Fusion flavors, prepared with our unique interpretations, inspired by French, Spanish and Italian recipes. In addition to offering delicious treats, we position art and music, which were indispensable in the Renaissance period, at the center of our values.

As soon as guests enter The GALLIARD, they are captivated by the ambiance, with its architecture highlighting light-coloured solid woods, Mediterranean marbles and Venetian terrazzo. Artworks collected or designed specifically for each location, It is one of the elements that helps us the most in reflecting our vision and creativity to our guests.

If we talk about the musical experience in our venue, we must add that we make our guests’ dining experience even more enjoyable by playing jazz, soul and deep house works accompanied by our own DJs or famous guest DJs, five days a week, from Tuesday to Saturday.
